About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will work closely with the CEO/Founder to manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and support various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Manage and maintain N2SocialMarketing's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness across all social media platforms.

  • Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to optimize content and campaigns.

  • Assist with the creation of client content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia assets.

  • Collaborate with the CEO/Founder to brainstorm ideas, plan campaigns, and execute marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. (Not required but preferred)

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and implementing innovative strategies.

  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take on new challenges
